Air Cooling Station

Air cooling stations are another companion piece of equipment to our Batch Integral Quench Furnace lines. Typically, air cooling stations are utilized in the heat treating process after tempering to cool the loads down. This allows the operators to unload the parts that were heat treated in a timely manner.

The air cooling station includes a vertical door with enclosed sides for protection from the heated workload. In addition, the unit is equipped with an upper roof fan to pull ambient air up through the load and out the top.

Williams offers a variety of different sizes to meet our customers needs.
