Williams provides a variety of different sizes and features for our Continuous Draw Furnaces.  Our continuous draw furnaces can be pusher tray, belt, roller hearth, and other custom systems.  Typically, they are a companion piece of equipment to a continuous hardening furnace, but at times are used as stand-alone units.

Continuous Draw FurnaceThe Williams Draw Furnace is well known for excellent temperature uniformity +/- 10F or better from 300F to 1400F.  The furnaces can be either direct gas fired, indirect fired, or electrically heated.

High flow recirculating systems, coupled with high efficiency burners and controls offer large capacity with excellent uniformity for today’s tough standards.

In addition, these units can operate with nitrogen gas or argon gas to prevent scaling and discoloration.  Williams provides units sized as small as 500 lbs. per hour up to 6000 lbs. per hour.

Optional Belt Washer Systems and air-cooling systems are available.
