Liquid Nitrogen Freezers
Williams Deep Freezers are often used in the Heat Treating Industry as stand-alone units or can be integrated into our Batch Integral Quench Lines. When used in our Batch Integral Quench Lines, the Freezer can be loaded and unloaded with a Standard Charge Car.
Following heat treatment cycles, industries often require a Cryogenic Deep Freeze process to transform the retained austenite, improve hardness, and increase wear resistance. This process is typically performed after quenching and before tempering.
